Pre-Ceremony

Expected guest arrival time: 3:30pm - 3:50pm

Park on the grass on either side of the gravel driveway.

Follow signs to ceremony, grab a sip of water, and take a seat!

Ceremony

Beginning at 4pm

This will be a non-denominational ceremony, officiated by Janet Morgan (Woodbury VFD Fire Chief).

Cocktail Hour

Spend an hour mingling, grabbing a bite + drink, and engaging in light games to the tune of light jazz hits performed by The Soul Factory.

Reception

Follow us over to the main reception. We’ll dance off some apps, then take a seat for dinner and speeches.

After dinner, dancing will resume after Kate+Nick’s first dance.

Don’t forget to indulge in our ice cream sundae bar.

Please feel free to dip out whenever you’d like, and shoot us a text or email when you return to your hotel safely.
